Dr. Ally McDonough
Meet Dr. Alexandra Balaci McDonough, the heart behind Little Bee’s Pediatric Dentistry! A Berks County native, Dr. Ally followed her father into dentistry and found her true calling working with children. After earning her biochemistry degree at Villanova University, she conducted research at the NIH before receiving her DMD from the University of Pennsylvania. She then completed a pediatric residency at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C.
Outside the office, Dr. Ally enjoys yoga, being in her garden and kitchen, and spending time with her family. She and her husband, Ryan, have one son, Jameson, and a Bernese Mountain Dog, Harper.
